CNN.com - Asteroid update: End of world on hold

See!

Ananova - Jackass warning after horrific firecracker accident

Some people are just way too stupid.

the friday five

1. What housekeeping chore(s) do you hate doing the most?
I don't really like cleaning the bathroom, but windows are the worst.

2. Are there any that you like or don't mind doing?
I like doing the laundry, but not folding. I also don't mind doing the dishes.

3. Do you have a routine throughout the week or just clean as it's needed?
Well, I have a routine with the laundry. I start Friday night and by Saturday the clothes are done. Sunday is for Sheets, towels, and uniforms.

NOBODY is allowed to touch my washer or dryer!

CNN.com - Giant asteroid could hit Earth in 2014

Well, I am not really into science but I am fascinated by space and, of course, headlines such as these.
The funny thing is, that just after it says that a GIANT asteroid could hit earth it says:
But for those fearing Armageddon, don't be alarmed -- the chances of a catastrophic collision are just one in 909,000.
Then why write a headline like that?

CNN.com - Agent: Police did their best for man wearing bomb

I have been meaning to post on this story ever since I heard about it last night (I haven't watched TV all weekend long!!!).
That is the strangest thing I have ever heard and I can't imagine having anything like that happening to me.
Who would do anything like that? And believe they could get away with that?
I hope they solve this because it is somewhat irritating that, whoever did this, is still out there and could possibly do this to somebody else.
